DAGRE Training & Operational Levels

Below are the operational levels utilized within DAGRE. These standards are followed during official activities.

Deployments

Deployments are pre-planned operations with notice provided several days in advance. These events represent some of DAGRE's most challenging and immersive mission sets.

During deployments, communications are restricted to Yellow Comms, meaning dialogue must remain mission-focused and limited to callouts, coordination, and game-related communication.

Deployments are conducted on Hard difficulty and require strict adherence to TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) taught during training. Precision and discipline are essential, and mistakes are evaluated and addressed.

Performance during deployments directly influences promotion eligibility, continued advancement, or potential demotion. Members may also earn in-server currency based on performance, discipline, and adherence to standards.

Size: Large scale with 2-3 maps consisting of 6-20 players.

Raids

Raids are short-notice operational deployments that follow the same standards as full deployments. Members receive limited warning and are expected to remain ready to respond at any time.

All raids operate under Yellow Comms, are conducted on Hard difficulty, and require strict adherence to all TTPs taught during training.

Members are assigned to teams, receive a mission brief, and operate under a designated Team Lead with oversight from a CO or NCO. Performance is evaluated, and outcomes may influence promotions, demotions, and in-server currency rewards.

Raids are designed to test readiness, discipline, and the ability to perform with minimal preparation.

Size: Small scale with 1-2 maps (usually small maps) consisting of 6-12 players.

Mock Raids

Mock raids follow the same operational standards as raids but are hosted by Team Leads and intended as structured practice. These events let members apply what they have learned in a strict environment without the formality of an official operation.

All mock raids operate under Yellow Comms, are conducted on Hard difficulty, and require proper application of all TTPs taught during training.

Members are assigned to teams and operate under the direction of the hosting Team Lead. While less formal, members are still expected to maintain discipline, communication standards, and tactical execution at all times.

Raid-level discipline is expected throughout the exercise. At mission conclusion, members may discuss and review mistakes made during the mission.

Size: Small scale with 1-2 maps (any size) consisting of 5+ players.

Trainings

Training is conducted to develop and reinforce the skills required to operate effectively within DAGRE. During these sessions, members learn and practice TTPs expected to be applied during raids and deployments.

Members are expected to maintain discipline, follow all instructions from instructors and leadership, and actively participate in exercises. These sessions correct mistakes, strengthen team coordination, and ensure each member can properly execute their role.

While focus and discipline are required, training sessions are not strictly limited to Yellow Comms. Instructors lead the session, and members are expected to allow them to speak without interruption. Responses, questions, and discussion are permitted when directed or approved by the Team Lead.

Size: 5-6 players, including 1 player as TOC to oversee the training.

Casual Play

Casual Play sessions provide a more relaxed environment while still encouraging fluid application of DAGRE TTPs and SOPs. Although less formal than official operations, members are expected to maintain basic discipline and teamwork.

All members must run approved uniforms and loadouts outlined in equipment channels. Members may test different weapon systems during these sessions; however, use of DAGRE standard weapon platforms is strongly encouraged.

Less-lethal weapons, rapid-fire Glocks, and MGLs are not authorized for testing during Casual Play sessions.

Size: Small scale (any map) with 2-5 players.

Open Play

Open Play sessions are fully relaxed sessions where members may play Ready or Not freely without the expectation of following DAGRE TTPs or SOPs.

During Open Play, members are free to run any loadouts, playstyles, and tactics they choose. Discipline and operational standards are not enforced, as the purpose is to unwind, experiment, and enjoy the game.
